Victory Encounter (VE) is designed to help us live a life of maximum fruitfulness. Every Christian is to be a disciple and to make disciples. As we follow Jesus, we learn to fish for people. As we receive ministry, we minister to others. Main goal is to ensure that our spiritual foundations are strong and biblical.
